This is one of the best laxitives I’ve tried.

I picked this up at my local Walmart today. I bought the 10ct and wouldn’t you know it, the cashier told me because the coupon was for more than the product was worth that I was stealing. I think Walmart needs to start having classes for their employees about the coupon policy and how to act towards customers. :( Anybody else have an issue?

      Hi Cathy!

      Wow! :(

I’d have asked to speak to her manager immediately! If the manager would have said anything similar I’d have shown them Walmart’s coupon policy where it specifically says if the coupon amount exceeds the selling price of the product then the difference can be applied towards the rest of your purchase or cash back can be given. There’s absolutely no excuse for her to accuse you of stealing. It makes me angry and it didn’t even happen to me.

Don’t let badly trained cashiers or managers bully you. Be polite, but stand your ground. If all else fails call the corporate office at 1-800-WALMART.

Thank you for your advice. I will definitely keep it in mind next time I have a rude cashier! I told her about the coupon policy (I did not have a copy with me today, of all days!) I saw the message on the register that said something about CSM approval and she looked at me and said “It needs CSM approval… customer service manager approval” like saying that to me would make me scared or something. However, the manager approved it and I went on my way. Angry that she had the nerve to say something like that to a customer, but I left it go. I plan on purchasing 3 more tomorrow and if I have the same issue, I will have the policy with me and I will speak to anyone I have to to make sure my experience there does not ruin my visiting that specific store again.

The coupon on the printable link and in the recent paper, states $3 for 2, instead of just $3/1
